Do you know the myth of Earth-That-Was?
So it goes that Earth-that-was could no longer sustain our numbers, we were so many. We found a new solar system - dozens of planets and hundreds of moons. Each one terraformed - a process taking decades, to support human life, to be new earths. Terraforming isn't a perfect process and t each of these new Earth's has their own interesting quirks. That's before the humans started to inhabit them.

Not so much.
The Central Planets formed the Alliance. Ruled by an interplanetary parliament, the Alliance was a beacon of civilization. The savage outer planets were not so enlightened and refused Alliance control. The war was devastating, but the Alliance's victory over the Independents ensured a safer universe. And now everyone can enjoy the comfort, and enlightenment of true civilization.

That when she was born, she had no sky, and was open, inviting. And the stars would rush into her, through the skin of her…
There are those that still think the Alliance is meddling, telling them what to do and how to live. And that don't sit too well with those folk. One of them just happens to be Captain Mal Reynolds, his ship is Serenity. His crew is made up of fighters, a pilot, a mechanic, a preacher, a doctor and his sister.

Huh.
Good Myth is a small rp set in the Firefly 'verse. You don't need to know about the show to join. The game has a western setting with spaceships and fewer cattle to drive. (In fact, less said about the cattle the better.)
